As a Solar Energy Consultant, you will help families save thousands of dollars per year on energy by guiding them through the process of going solar. You’ll be making our air cleaner, our planet more sustainable, and saving baby polar bears from drowning in the ocean.

Our phones are ringing off the hook with people that need our help. But frankly we’re having a hard time keeping up. That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for someone who believes in helping people, and that doesn’t have to be micromanaged. We’re looking for the kind of person who’s never met a stranger. And we’re most definitely looking for someone who believes in saving baby polar bears.

Go look in the mirror. Is that you? You might just be the one. We’re on a mission to help 2,400 families go solar this year, and with your helpful, get-it-done personality, we might just be able to pull it off.

Once on board, you will join a team of 40 other sales consultants to greet families at our phones and walk them through the process of going solar.

A day in the life will include you asking insightful questions, building relationships with our customers over the phone, and finding the best fit for their needs. All of our sales presentations are virtual.

A few things you should know about us:

  • We work hard. If you’re a lazy person, a drama queen, or a whiner, you will not make it here.
  • This is a base + commission job. If you’re the right candidate, you’ll easily make $100k+ in your first year. Most of our existing team members are making well over six figures.
  • Typical working hours are 9-6pm. We work the occasional Saturday to meet our goals.
  • We do the right thing. Selling means helping in our world. Pushy, greedy people need not apply.
  • We celebrate BIG. Steak dinners, helicopter tours, and Harley Davidson giveaways are just a few of the ways we’ve commemorated our wins this year.

We will expect you to show up as the best version of yourself, take an active roll in your professional development, because we want to see you win.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Full time work only. There are plenty of sales gigs you can take on the side to make some extra cash, this isn’t one of them.
  • You must have at least some previous sales experience. Sorry, no rookies allowed. Go join a MLM or knock doors if you need to gain experience, because we don’t trust our expensive leads with rookies.
  • All selling is done over the phone. No in-home appointments. If you’re unwilling or unable to spend significant time on the phone this career isn’t for you.
  • Lastly, you must be HUNGRY. This is NOT a career for people who are comfortable with their current income or lifestyle. If you don’t have a growth mindset or are resistant to coaching, you won’t be happy here.
